What kind of exercise?
Our unique fitness a pproach was created by the doctors at BTF. Our doctors are Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists by the National Strength & Conditioning Association. You cannot get this program anywhere else. This exercise program will be geared to your specific goals and level of fitness. If you are having pain we will structure your program to help get rid of your pain quickly. Our unique testing sequence will allow you to measure your progress. Most of all, the exercises will be different and fun! If you want to lose weight, tone muscles, increase endurance or improve performance, this program is for you.

What kind of nutrition program?
The most recent research shows that fad diets don’t work. We will guide you to making food choices beneficial to your health so you can feel better and perform better. We have 2 different nutrition programs, one for improved performance and the other for weight loss. Athletes benefit from our nutrition program by improved recovery after workouts. Our weight loss program will let you lose weight safely and effectively with a 21-day nutrition plan that includes a shopping list and daily menus.
